About the Role

Akrimni Funeral Services is looking for a professional and well-organized Moderation & Call Center Agent who can communicate with customers calmly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should be able to handle inquiries professionally, provide fast responses, and convert customer interactions into confirmed service requests while maintaining a respectful and supportive tone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally and respectfully
  • Respond to messages and comments across all company platforms
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and convert them into service requests
  • Accurately record customer information and track cases
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain fast response times and high communication standards
  • Handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally

Must Have

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or moderation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional tone and respectful customer handling
  • Fast typing skills and good computer knowledge
  • Good handling of social media platforms and messaging tools
  • Good command of English
  • Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and organization

Nice to Have

  • Experience in call centers or customer support environments
  • Experience using CRM or customer management systems
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in service-based businesses or operations support
