About the Role
Akrimni Funeral Services is looking for a respectful and responsible Funeral Washer Assistant to support the funeral washing and preparation process with professionalism, care, and full respect for the dignity of the deceased and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean, and sanitize the washing area before and after each case
- Assist the Funeral Washer during the washing and preparation process according to Islamic guidelines
- Prepare and organize all required tools and supplies
- Assist in shrouding (Kafan) the deceased properly
- Follow all hygiene and workplace safety standards
- Maintain confidentiality and respect for the deceased and their families
- Cooperate with the team and respond to urgent cases when needed
- Ensure the work environment remains organized and professional
