About the Role
Akrimni is looking for a visionary and purpose-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will combine strong business leadership with emotional intelligence, ensuring that Akrimni continues delivering professional, dignified, and human-centered funeral services while building a sustainable and scalable organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy
- Oversee all departments including Operations, IT, Marketing, Finance, and HR
- Ensure operational excellence and high service quality across all functions
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and business performance tracking
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior leadership and management teams
- Strengthen the Akrimni brand and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Oversee ERP, CRM, and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management standards are maintained
- Support organizational growth, scalability, and strategic partnerships
