About the Role

Akrimni Funeral Services is looking for a responsible and well-organized Case Manager who can lead funeral service operations with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate teams, manage sensitive situations calmly, and ensure a smooth and respectful service experience for families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage all case details from start to finish
  • Lead and supervise funeral service operations on-site
  • Coordinate between different teams and service providers
  • Communicate with families professionally and provide the needed support
  • Follow up on execution and handle any urgent situations during operations
  • Ensure all services are delivered smoothly and respectfully
  • Maintain accurate case organization and operational follow-up

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize tasks and work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized personality
  • Professional and compassionate approach when dealing with families
  • Leadership and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Nice to Have

  • Experience in operations, hospitality, healthcare, or service management
  • Experience leading field teams or coordinating operations
  • Strong crisis management and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with customer support or case handling systems
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and sensitive environments
